The fees for this event are as follows
Conference Documentation GBP 325.00 + VAT @ 20% = GBP 390.00

Payment

Payment should be made by cheque, credit card, in euros or pounds sterling. Cheques should be made payable to Informa UK Ltd. Payment must be received by the 8th October 2013 in order to secure your place. Please quote the delegate name and the event code (I6TIF) as a reference on all transactions. Informa UK Ltd, in conjunction with Tax Back International VAT Reclaim, the world’s leading VAT recovery organisation, can help you to make a significant reduction on
your attendance costs. Once an invoice has been sent to you Tax Back International will advise you as to how the VAT can be reclaimed as a reference on all transactions.

Fee

There are different fees depending on which days you would like to attend. Paying options includes lunch, refreshments and online access to conference documentation. All fees are subject to NLD BTW @ 19%

Tax

Under Dutch Customs and Excise regulations, delegates are required to pay 19% BTW VAT on any conference taking place in Amsterdam.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received in writing before 8th October 2013 will be subject to a service charge of €200. The full conference fees remain payable on and after 2nd October 2013. Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content
and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This
contract is subject to English Law.
